
Associate Professor Amy Lee
Associate Professor Amy Lee is an Assistant Professor at Simon Fraser University, Canada. In 2019, while working as a Research Associate at the University of British Columbia, Amy co-led (with Prof Kollman) the pioneering study that discovered dramatic biological changes in newborns using advanced computational analyses of diverse data, obtained from a tiny sample of blood. Amy’s areas of expertise include molecular biology, transcriptomics, bacterial genomics, and host immunoinformatics in the context of infectious disease.
